A. Pre-packing window
Cancel through Track & Support while the order is still in intake/packing queue. Approved pre-despatch cancels refund to the original rail.
B. After label creation
Once a shipping label exists, cancellation is usually closed. You may refuse the parcel; return logistics and any spoilage risk can reduce the refundable amount.
C. COD discipline
Serial COD refusals without a documented reason may suspend COD eligibility on the account while prepaid checkout remains available.
D. Refund timing
We initiate approved refunds within 5–7 working days; UPI/bank posting times depend on the receiving institution.
